Our professional staff is always on duty providing a graduating scale of services focused on meeting resident lifestyle changes. The Broadmoor offers residents a choice of service packages. Our units are rented on a month-to-month basis and there are no hidden costs, buy-in fees or prepaid leases. Your monthly fee includes 24-hour staffing for peace of mind, weekly housekeeping, linen and personal laundry service, three delicious meals daily, and social and recreational activities. All this and much more can be complemented by a full range of supervisory care services which include medication supervision. Scheduled transportation is available as well for a small additional charge.
The Broadmoor’s brand new state of the art building is unique. It includes four separate ‘neighborhoods’. Each neighborhood accommodates no more than 16 residents in a truly home-like residential environment. Each neighborhood has it’s own common social areas servicing it’s rooms all decorated with a South Florida flavor. The exterior grounds provide a safe, lushly landscaped, secure area for our residents.
