As a resident of the Broadmoor you will enjoy either a private or semi-private unit within a beautiful residential community setting. This non-furnished apartment is provided for a monthly fee.
Just what are the Broadmoor's 'basic services'? More than you might think! Included are: Unit rental, three delicious meals a day prepared by the Broadmoor's very own Chef and food service staff, daily medication management, daily scheduled activities, 24 hour staff attendance, regular wellness checks, personal laundry and housekeeping, common area lounges including cable TV, snacks and beverages, daily reminders for residents and much, much more!
A unit can be secured right now, for up to 30 days, with a security deposit. And, don't worry, it's refundable should a move-in not result for any reason.
Customized Assisted Living Service Care Plan
When a new resident chooses to join our community, we first evaluate his or her needs, wants, and desires - then create a detailed Service Plan, customized to reflect those needs. We also monitor our residents over time, and decrease or increase assistance as necessary.
